FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do I have to know how to dance to attend?
No! This event is organized for dancers of all levels. We encourage beginners to attend as you'll get the experience of a swing dance camp, with top notch instructors, while also enjoying the atmosphere of a top of the line cruise!
Do I have to pay all at once?
No! A payment plan is set up so you can pay a little bit at a time. The sooner you sign up, the more time you have to make your payments. Payments can be made automatically with a credit card, or other arrangements can be made. Just ask our booking agent, Brenda!
Are you sold out, or will you sell out?
We have reserved a select number of rooms on the boat in order to get the best deals, but our discount prices do and will run out, so register sooner rather than later to get the best price!
Do I have to pay as soon as I register?
No! Payments are made through our booking agent Brenda, and a schedule can be made to meet your needs. Registering guarantees your spot on the boat!
If I sign up through the Carnival Website can I still attend your dance events?
Unfortunately, no. Booking through our website is what allows us to bring these instructors on the cruise. Without you we couldn't have this event!
What documentation well I need to go?
As of June 1, 2009 a valid US passport is mandatory. If you carry citizenship with another country, let us know so we can accommodate you if there is a need.
Are there any additional fees?
The costs shown on our prices page are meant to account for all basic costs for the cruise and dancing events. Shore excursions, specialty resturantes, and alcohol on the boat have an additional cost. Also, due to rising fuel prices, Carnival has the ability to add a fuel supplement to the price of this cruise. In the event that the price of fuel goes up to $70.00 per barrel or more, each passenger will be charged a fuel supplement of $9.00 per day for the length of the cruise. At this time Carnival has not imposed such fees. In the event they do, you will be notified. The subsequent charges would then be applied to your fare.
What is your cancelation policy?
• Dance Fee non-refundable after July 10, 2009
• $250.00 plus Dance Fee non-refundable after October 10, 2009
• 50% of total fare plus Dance Fee non-refundable 30 days prior to sail date
• No Refunds 7 days prior to sailing

Should I be worried about swine flu?
No. Carnival cruiselines have strict guidelines in accordance with the CDC.
Will security be a problem?
It is your option to go on shore when in port. If you don't think you will feel comfortable with this, you are able to remain on the ship the entire trip if you wish.
