PRICES
Unlike a swing dance camp or exchange, our prices unfortunately don't stay the same rate. Throughout the year prices change due to availability, so the sooner you register, the lower price you can get on the cruise!
This year, we expect cruise rates to range between $800 - $1,300 (per person, based on double occupancy) depending which room you want and when you sign up.
(Remember, this price includes your room rate, cruise fare, taxes, port fees, *food, gratuity onboard entertainment, non-commissionable fees, and your entrance fee for the workshops and dancing.)
Cruise expenses can be paid in one lump sum using Paypal or over the phone with a credit card, or you can opt for a payment plan!
When you register, you will receive either an email or phone call from our booking agent, Brenda, who will let you know what rate she currently has locked down. Or if you want to know a price before registering, please fill out our contact form to receive current cruise rates.
*Meals at "Reservations Only Restaurants" are not included.

When you register, you will have the option to add vacation protection to your total cost ($80-$115), which serves as insurance for any unforeseeable medical costs, baggage loss and/or delays, severe weather watch or warning, or another unforeseeable event. It is your choice if you wish to purchase this protection, which is offered by Carnival.
Due to rising fuel prices, Carnival has the ability to add a fuel supplement to the price of this cruise. In the event that the price of fuel goes up to $70.00 per barrel or more, each passenger will be charged a fuel supplement of $9.00 per day for the length of the cruise. At this time Carnival has not imposed such fees. In the event they do, you will be notified. The subsequent charges would then be applied to your fare.
Cancellation Policy and Dates/Refunds
• Dance Fee non-refundable after July 10
• $350.00 deposit is non-refundable after October 10
• 50% of total fare plus Dance Fee non-refundable 30 days prior to sail date
• No Refunds 7 days prior to sailing
• No Refunds for No Show (without vacation protection and valid reason)
